GYOZA! Gyoza are some of the most delicious delicacies I've stumbled on in Japan. The recipe was originated in China, but throughout the years it has become increasingly popular in Japan.
They are extremely tasty little treats consisting of various veggies, pork and spices. All wrapped in a bundle of deliciously friend dough! Talking about them is making me hungry!
